Study Section voted ananimously to prepare
and circulate the enclosed statement in the
hope that you will immediately contact your
representative in Congress to try and modify,
even at this late hour, the undesirable
features in the. legislation regarding dan-
gerous substances that will be considered
in the House of Representatives in the next

two weeks.
