Thank you for your recent letter; yourg news of Ir. Vanderlyn's
passing was an unpleasant surprise.

As to indexing, I think we should like to tackle the sections
on Gytology and on Evolution, so please send us the appropriate
matexial, I think I am still fairly familiar with the various rub-
rics under which items are classified, but en example would be
welcomed,

I should point out that we shall not be able to put in very
mach time on the indexes this month, but in August particularly
I expect we shall be able to do quite a bit.

Finally, could you let me know what the present rate of payment
happens to bef I stili have a supply of perforated paper sheets

adequate for the meantime, if you are still using these.
