Just a note to let you lmow that I have obtained some de-lyso;enized
cells. Unfortunately the one tested thus fay has lost xks all of its mutational
capacities, Vthers are still in the works. Cne point of useful technical
information. If cells grow poorly on #:B "0" supplementation with 0.1% glucose
aittsx is very helpful,
