We are doing research into the relationship
between family background and creativity,
using Nobel Prize winners as examples of
creative human Béings. We suspect that
your prize has already cost you a good
deal of privacy, but hope that you will
feel you can respond to our questionnaire
anyway. The information you provide will
be kept confidential and presented in
statistical summaries alone.

We would greatly appreciate your answering
