Goodman did under my direction at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. I appreciate your interest because the topic captured my interest even though I have not been able to turn other ‘interests to it since Goodman completed her work. I regret that I have to give you mostly negative answers to your questions. However, perhaps I can also provide a few leads if you care to pursue them. Goodman's dissertation is not published so far as I know. Goodman used to reside in Lexington, Massachusetts and may still live there so far as I know. However, a relatively certain way of contacting her would be to add- ress her c/o Office of Placement, Harvard Graduate School of Education, Longfellow Hall, Cambridge, Massachusetts 02138. I suspect that Goodman keeps her placement papers active as all who know career skills do. I haven't seen other work related to what Goodman did. However, Goodman got the idea talking with Professor Stanley Segal who was a visiting research associate in the Harvard Center for Research in Careers when the two were studying together. So far as I know, Segal is ptesently in Hunter College of the City University of New York should you want to contact him. If you work on time perception, please keep me informed. My wife and I are convinced that youths need to be deepened in their perceptions of time. The enclosed offprint will indicate how the two of us have been thinking about the problem.
