Your package came in just as I was starting this letter:
Thanks loads; it will certainly be useful, and we acprecilate
it highly.

What I started to write about was this: Gopal was threugh here
a few days ago, having just left St. Levis, and carried the
story that Sol was keaving Washington te go to Paris .The report
sounds authentic. If that were true, it occurred te Eether that
Kim's plans might be threatened, so I thought I'd write this
on the chance that you had net yet heard about it, If so, I
would like te suggest that you think about Yale as « place to set
for a while. Tatum is still building his Breup, and I think can
particularly use a post-docteral fellow. Nils Fries is here new
but fer six menths only, and I will b+ hack in “ied School in the
Fall, (with streng hepes of a Ph.D. by them, according te Tatum.)
So, there may likely be room, and I think particularly se with a
thorough genetic training like yourself. But it weuld still be a
matter ef selling KC te Ya;el rather than Vice versa, so I wontt
enlarge too much on the glories of this place. Think about it
theugh. I haven't been in NY lately, but till the next tine,
