Directors of the American Foundation for Basic Research in Israel.

As Alex Keynan told you - this is a foundation designed to transfer
major grants given by US donors for the Basic Research Foundation
(BRF) of the "Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities", from the
U.S. to Israel. This foundation will not deal with public fund
raising.

Let me take this opportunity to thank you for your assistance in
presenting the case for the support of basic research in Israel so

effectively. We will report to you periodically on the state of the
foundation.
