a result of the competitive examination for the State War Service
Scholarship for Veterans held on December 4, 1945,

Please note your acceptance or declination of the scholarship on
the inclosed sheet, and mail 1t to this office within thirty days.
Your acceptance must be accompanied by a statement from an approved
institution certifying that you have been accepted for admission.

A person wha has been accepted for admission must begin his
course of study within three months after date of notification or
at the beginning of the next term after the date of notification,

A copy of Handbook 46 (State War Service Scholarships for
Veterans) is inclosed. Please read this carefully for information

regarding the privileges and responsibilities of holders of these
scholarships.
