Subject: Meeting on November 5 bb

This confirms our plan to meet from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. in Caspary 1A on
November 5. We aim to have an informal review of the possibility of the
new Whitehead Institute being established on The Rockefeller University
campus.

I have attached an outline of the points that we probably should review.
It may seem too structured. But since each of us has thought about most
of these issues, we can move quickly and avoid dwelling on second-order
details. I gather there is a need now to try to be both comprehensive
and crisp on the major choices that have to be resolved soon.
