Just a line to thank you on behalf of the Society
for the excellent paper you gave at the Amherst Symposium.
Every one was most enthusiastic about it, and I hope also
that you enjoyed and profited from the meetings yourself.

I am glad I had the opportunity of meeting you, and also of
seeing your wife Esther again.

Thank you also for the reprint describing the pro-
cedure for isolating single cells in culture. I plan to try
it, and feel it should lend itself to work with tissue cells.
