Topsy has just written up her work on prolinalase [?] and proline-glutaninalase [?] colis and a few pts came up:
1- It would add up to part in ref. (to your personal communication?) to similarity of proline mutation in 679-183 with that in 58-6317 if you have recomb. and syntroph. expts. in these two [line to, (and p[ . . . ] it)] .  Topsy's results in peptide utiliz. are same for these two, but greatly different for 679-662.
The peptides are plus or minus 3X to active one proline for 679-183 and 58-6317, but plus or minus 1/10 as active as proline for 679-662!  Interpretation difficult to say the least!
2- It would be desirable to have a summary (tabular) of all the miscellan. cyntroph [sic], assay of cell constituents, and such are above?
This as [?] are now Gaurd [?].  Shall I send you c[word cut off]ies or will you pick them up ne[word cut off] month?
