Dear Josh,

I am still enquiring about the problems
which our Ministry of Health has encountered in
trying to systematize the collection of data
relating to the environment of disease. I will
let you know what I discover. In the meantime, I
have taken the opportunity of sending you a copy
of an address entitled Doctors and Patients which
I delivered last year, in which I refer to the
matter on pages 16, 17 and 18. I am also including
a report of an address I gave a long time ago when
I opened the Oregon Regional Primate Center, the
first of the many which now exist in the United
States.
