It also was agreed to charge a nominal registration fee ($5), which hopefully the AACHP would collect, to cover the costs of coffee breaks. Four or five breakout rooms were deemed sufficient. * Dr. Rorrie will meet with CHP, EHSDS, RMP and regional office representatives next week in further developing the agenda(s) for these sessions. The desirability of including one or two State Hill-Burton agency representatives, if possible at this late date, was agreed to. Several information items were presented. Mr. Croft reported with respect to the proposed O&M Specialist position and recruitment action previously discussed, that Parklawn Personnel had indicated there was little or no likelihood that it could be classified higher than GS-13. Mr.. Rubel reported priefly on a meeting he recently had with Dan Zwick and Harry Cain regarding the organizational placement of the proposed National Health Policy Council and provision of supporting services to it. He concluded that a clean Senate bill and their report probably would not be released until after Congress reconvenes, and characterized the current HRP legislative situation as including "a fair amount of politicking and arm twisting". ERP executive etaff will meet again next Monday, November li, at 9 a.m. Enclosed fer your information are copies of (1) Dr. Wherritt's earlier memo regarding certain area designation issues and problems and (2) excerpts from the House Committee report which Mr. Rubel referred to. ee: Dr. Wherritt .
