Stevens Memorial Hospital is located in the Northwest corner of the United States and serves a population of approximately 80,000 people. It is a District Hospital which derives a portion of its operating revenue from a small local tax levy. The hospital has been in operation for one year and is beginning to become the hub of the medical work in this community. I would like to gather information concerning the pilot projects in community hospitals throughout the nation. I feel that only in this way can we really serve the community in which we are located. Thank you for your consideration. Yours sincerely, Jon D, Smiley a Administrator JOS:m1
