Orientation of DRMP staff for arthritis grant reviews

This is to acknowledge receipt of your memoranda relating to participation
in our orientation program on April 22, and referral of Social Workers for.
technical review services. A new program has been prepared which
incorporates the panel presentation on long-term care needs. Needless to
say, we welcome the attendance and participation of your people in this
meeting.

In the press of our discussions last Wednesday, I was unable to fully
express our genuine appreciation for the counsel graciously extended by
you and the members of your staff. Our need for assistance and guidance
in the field of arthritis is recognized, and distinctly increases our
esteem for the enthusiasm and willingness with which your Division is

providing help.

Mr. Spear will be communicating with you soon for assistance with the ;
arthritis review project. -
