I have prepared a list of questions which our House Health Subcomaittes
will consider when ve continue mark-up of H.R, 13995 next week. As you
nay know, I am considering offering en emendment to establish Health
Resource Devalopmont Agencies which would carry on the innovative work
of RHPs. 7

withheld? Please indicate the source and fiscal year in
