Policy In considering. the: threé-year budget submitted by a Regional Medical Program applicant in a triennial application where the Council recommends support for more than one year, it is under- _ stood that the recommended level of support for future years of the approved period shall not be less than the amount recommended for the first year unless othervise specified, j Delegation of Authority to the.Director, RMPS The Council delegates to the Director, RMPS, authority to approve * an RMP's programmatic changes during the period of transition from four to three-cycle review, including new initiatives in keeping with the natural progréss- of the Region, provided that the Region submits to the Director a plan covering the interim period and «er + receives approval therefor.
