I would be happy to provide you with SV40 DNA digested with restriction enzyme from H. influenzae. I have had trouble shipping samples, and think it would be better, if it's convenient for you, to stop by while you are in or near Baltimore. Let me know if 32P label is okay, i.e., if you need it for only a short period of time. You need only 2 or 3,000 counts for a good radioautogram and 32P is very convenient for this.
