Dear Oskar,
This is the letter I got from Tom Caskey concerning Chapter 3. I have "shared" it with Eric as well as letters from Geo. Sensabaugh and from Paul Ferrara.
Eric has done extensive rewriting on Chapter 3 and Mari[?] is sending the revised chapter to the above 3 "hold-outs." We will see what comes of it.
