  The TJ. S. General ITosprtal at Noteriez, Miss.,  is hereby discon-
tinued as such,  and,  under the provisions of General Orders, No.
207, War  Department, Adjutant General's Office,  current séries, a
General Hospital is established at that point for the accommodation
of sick and wounded officers belonging to commande south of Vicks-
burg, Miss.
  The Chief  Médical Officer  of  this Division  will  establish  such
régulations for the transfer and treatment  of sick and  wounded
officers,  as, in his  opinion  may be necessary  for their coinfort  and
the interest of the service.
