DISPOSITION : 5-22-59. Mac Jewell, to Superior Frozen Foods, claimant, 
having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was 
entered and the court ordered that the product be destroyed or released to 
the claimant under bond for segregation and denaturing of the unfit portion 
for industrial uses or use in animal feed. The claimant failed to post bond 
and the condemned article was destroyed on 6-18-59.
