ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about November 7, 1952, and January 23, 1953, by Kemmco Products, from Stevens Point, Wis. PRODUCT: 21 cases, each containing 12 1-pound jars, of Whitex Special anti- oxidant at Minneapolis, Minn. Examination showed that the product con- tained sodium bisulfite. LABEL IN PART: (Jar) "Whitex Special Anti-Oxidant Fortified With Synox." NATURE OF CHARGE: Misbranding, Section 403 (i) (2), the article was fabricated from two or more ingredients, and its label failed to bear the common or usual name of each such ingredient. DISPOSITION: May 25,1953. Default decree of destruction.
