ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about August 27, 1952, by the Sni-A-Bar Creamery Co., from Independence, Mo. PRODUCT: 7 cases, each containing 6 1-pound packages, and 6 cases, each con- taining 32 1-pound packages, of butter at Kansas City, Kans. Examination showed that the product contained insect parts and rodent hair fragments. LABEL IN PART : "Armour Clover bloom Butter * * * Armour Creameries Dis- tributors General Offices Chicago, Ill." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance. DISPOSITION: November 19, 1952. Default decree of condemnation and destruction.
