ALLEGED SHIPMENT :   On or about November 27, 1951, by Merchants Egg Assn.,
Inc., Walters, Minn. 
PRODUCT:   42 second-hand cans, each containing approximately 30 pounds, of
frozen eggs at Chicago, Ill. 
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)   (3), the product consisted
in whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of
decomposed eggs. 
DISPOSITION :   February 21, 1952.   Default decree of condemnation.   The court
ordered that the product be delivered to a public institution, for use as animal
feed, in lieu of destruction.
