Corp., from Egypt, N. Y.
PRODUCT:   219 cases of tomato juice at Columbia, S. C.

NATURE OF CHARGE : Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in 
whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of decom- 
posed tomato material.
DISPOSITION : May 28,1951. The Comstock Canning Corp. having appeared and 
filed an answer to the libel, but subsequently having consented to the entry of a 
decree, judgment of condemnation was entered and the court ordered that the 
product be destroyed.
