NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a filthy, putrid, or decomposed substance since it contained manure, insect and fly parts, fly eggs, feather barbules, and rodent hairs and hair fragments. DISPOSITION : January 4, 1950. Default decree of condemnation. The court ordered that the product be delivered to a soap manufacturer for fat salvage.
