NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402' (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of having been made from decomposed and moldy cream. DISPOSITION : November 10, 1949. The Sugar Creek Creamery Co. having con- sented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was entered and the court ordered that the product be delivered to a charitable institution, to be used for animal feed.
