ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about March 4, 1949, by the Sound Fruit Growers 
Assn., from Sumner, Wash.
PRODUCT: 15 barrels each containing 385 pounds, and 27 barrels, each contain- 
ing 400 pounds, of fresh red raspberries at Los Angeles, Calif.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in 
whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects.
DISPOSITION:    June 20, 1949.   Default decree of condemnation and destruction.
