ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about March 3, April 8, and June 5, 1948, from Minneapolis, Minn. PRODUCT: 22 100-pound bags of flour at Columbus, Ohio. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects and insect fragments. The product was adulterated while held for sale after ship- ment in interstate commerce. DISPOSITION : October 19, 1948. Default decree ordering the product delivered to a Federal institution, for use as stock feed.
