Sifted Unbolted White Corn Meal." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent ex- creta, rodent hairs, and insect fragments. DISPOSITION: October 7, 1948. Gurley Milling Co., Inc., having appeared as claimant, judgment was entered ordering the product released under bond for conversion - into hog feed, under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration.
