ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about February 3, 10, and 12, 1947, from the State 
of Texas into the State of New Mexico.
LABEL IN PART:    "Houck's Bread [or "Holsum Buns"] Holsum Bakers."
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the products consisted 
in part of filthy substances by reason of the presence of insect parts, rodent 
hairs, and feather fragments; and, Section 402 (a) (4), they had been pre- 
pared and packed under insanitary conditions whereby they may have become 
contaminated with filth.
DISPOSITION: May 4, 1948. Motions to dismiss and for continuance having 
been overruled by the court, the defendants entered pleas of nolo contendere. 
Defendant Houck was fined $1,000 and defendant Alexander was fined $150.
