expressed as arsenic trioxide, in amounts ranging from 17 to 1,150 parts per 
million.
LABEL IN PART :   "Soyalinda Soy Sauce."
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (2), the product contained 
an added poisonous and deleterious substance, arsenic, which is unsafe within 
the meaning of the law, since it is a substance not required in the produc- 
tion of the food and could have been avoided by good manufacturing practice.
DISPOSITION : September 12 and 23,1947. Default decrees of condemnation and 
destruction.
