PRODUCT; Cookies. 22 eases, each containing 24 10-ounce packages, and 38 cases, each containing 24 8-ounce packages, at St. Louis, Mo., and 44 boxes, each containing 24 1-ounce cellophane packages, at Clemson, S. C. LABEL IN PART: "Deer Park Sandwich Cookies ["Chocolate Chip"]," or "Nods of Club Assortment." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of larvae, rodent hair fragments, and insect fragments; and, Section 402 (a) (4), it had been prepared under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become con- taminated with filth.
