ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about June 7,1947, by the Land Oakes Creameries, Inc., from Thief River Falls, Minn. PRODUCT: 27 64-pound cartons of butter, at Duluth, Minn., which had been manufactured by the Farmers Union Cooperative Creamery, Portland, N. Dak. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (b) (2), a product containing less than 80 percent by weight of milk fat had been substituted for butter. DISPOSITION: September 2, 1947. The Farmers Union Cooperative Creamery, claimant, having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemna- tion was entered and the product was ordered released under bond for re- working under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency. 784128—48 3
