ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about November 13,1944, by the Shawnee Milling Co., 
from Shawnee, Okla.
PRODUCT:   70   lOO-pound bags of corn meal at Pensacola, Fla.
LABEL IN PART :   "Silver Swan   Corn Meal."
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in 
whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent excreta 
fragments, rodent hairs, and insect fragments.
DISPOSITION: April 5, 1945. No claimant having appeared, judgment of con- 
demnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed or delivered to 
a Federal correctional institution for use as hog feed.
