and 20 cartons of cheese at Oakland, Calif.
LABEL IN PART : "Circle E * * * Grated Italian Cheese," "Circle E Sharp 
Tasty Grated Italian Style Cheese," or "Riviera Brand Grated Parmesan 
Cheese."
VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the products consisted 
in whole or in part of filthy substances by reason of the presence of rodent 
hair fragments, mites, and insect fragments.
DISPOSITION : March 3, 1945. No claimant having appeared, judgments of con- 
demnation were entered and the products were ordered destroyed.
