VIOLATION CHARGED:   Misbranding, Section 403 (e)  (2), the label failed to bear
an accurate statement of the quantity of the contents, the statements "1%
[or "%"] Oz." being inacurrate since the packages contained less than 1%
ounces (or % ounce) of the product. 
DISPOSITION:   March 7, 1945.   A plea of guilty having been entered, a fine of
$100 on each count was imposed.
