ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about November 13, 1943, by the Stein-Hall Man- 
ufacturing Co., from Chicago, Ill.; and on about November 18, 1943, by the 
Champion Rice Mills, from Memphis, Tenn.
PRODUCT:   45 bags, each containing 100 pounds, of rice flour at St. Louis, Mo.
VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted 
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insect 
fragments and larvae.
DISPOSITION: October 11, 1944. No claimant having appeared, judgment of 
condemnation was entered and the product was ordered sold and delivered 
by the United States marshal to the highest bidder, for disposition in com- 
pliance with the law.
