VIOLATIONS CHARGED: Adulteration (17 boxes), Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance ;,Section 402 (a) (5), it consisted in whole or in part of birds which had died otherwise than by slaughter; and (1 box), Section 402 (a) (5), it was in whole or in part the product of a diseased animal or of an- animal which had died otherwise than by slaughter. DISPOSITION : February 7, 1944. No claimant having appeared, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
