ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about November 6,1943, by the Patterson Milling Co., 
Piketon, Ohio.
PRODUCT:   15   25-pound bags of corn meal at Paintsville, Ky.
VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted 
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent 
excreta and rodent hairs.
DISPOSITION : December 23, 1943. No claimant having appeared, default decree 
of condemnation and destruction was entered.
