On September 26, 1940, the United States attorney for the Southern District 
of Georgia filed libels against 120 bags of corn meal at Savannah, Ga., and 51 
bags at Augusta, Ga., alleging that the article had been shipped in interstate 
commerce on or about September 13 and 16, 1940, by the Bishopville Milling 
Corlrom Bishopville, S. C.; and charging that it -was adulterated in that it 
consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance. It was labeled in part: 
"Pee Dee Unbolted Corn Meal."
On October 24, 1940, no claimant having appeared, judgments of condemnation 
were entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
