CHARGE: Between 9-13-55 and 9-14-55, dextroamphetamine sulfate tablets
were dispensed twice and secobarbital sodium capsules were dispensed once
without a prescription, and dextro-amphetamine sulfate tablets were dispensed
once upon request for a prescription refill without authorization by the
prescriber.
PLEA :   Guilty.
DISPOSITION: 7-25-57. Jail sentence of 1 year suspended; defendant placed
on probation for 2 years and required to pay court costs.
