Nydegger & Co., Inc., New York, N. Y., delivered the product for shipment from New York, N. Y., to Bar- celona, Spain. PRODUCT : 2 drums containing approximately 90 kilograms of TB-1 pcnoder at New York, N. Y. Analysis showed that the product was para-acetyl-amino- benzaldehyde-thiosemicarbazone, commonly known as TB-1, a drug which has been used experimentally in the treatment of tuberculosis. NATURE OF CHARGE: Section 505 (a), the article was a new drug within the meaning of the law, and an application filed pursuant to the law was not effec- tive with respect to such drug. DISPOSITION : June 15, 1951. Default decree of condemnation and destruction.
