The postcard shows a bear constructed out of orange condoms, with two large condoms for the head and body, and seven smaller ones for the ears, nose, and paws, looking like a gummy bear candy. "GIB AIDS keine Chance" appears in a box in the bottom left corner of the card. The text is in black and all capital letters, except for AIDS, which has white text on a red background. "Mach's mit is in black text at the bottom right of the card.
