<dc:description>(1) Attitudes about and access to COVID-19 vaccines influence vaccination behavior. (2) Prior to COVID-19 vaccine rollout, more than half of adults ages 50 and older who indicated being unlikely to get a COVID-19 vaccine reported concerns about the vaccine's safety or efficacy. (3) Among this group, Black and Hispanic respondents were more likely than White respondents to identify such concerns.
