She worked in the privite clinic of King Ludwig III's nephew, Prince Ludwig Ferdinand, M.D., who was the chief of surgery at the Military Hospital of Munich. In this image, Princess Gundelinde wears a white nurse's uniform with a Red Cross armband and cap. She holds a cup her left hand.
