Ward, an immunologist at Harvard University Medical School, in the Journal of Experimental Medicine, vol. 55 (1932).  Flexner compared Heidelberger&apos;s meticulous and painstaking quantitative studies of antibody-antigen reactions to the skills of &quot;a fine Swiss watchmaker.&quot;  He also expressed his and Heidelberger&apos;s shared interest in classical music performances.</dc:description>
