There they were feted as national celebrities by dignitaries, including President Joaquin Balaguer, as well as local citizens in the twins&apos; home town of San Jose de Ocoa.  To Koop&apos;s left are the twins&apos; parents, Farida and Salvador Rodriguez.</dc:description>
