Each side has a box filled with thirteen sentences that each end in, on the left side, "hat einen Freundin," and on the right side, "hat einen Freund." Beneath the box on the left side is a pink triangle and a telephone number for lesbians to call, and on the right side a blue triangle inside of which are two drawn male faces and a different telephone number for gay men to call.
