Abstract:
The impact of the Lower Costs, More Transparency Act (H.R. 5378), which will start in 2025 and will be phased in over four years, is estimated for drug administration services furnished in off-campus provider-based departments. The payment would be made at a site-neutral rate. Ten-year dollar impact and 10-year percent impact estimates are shown for all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
